Yes. If you need to reschedule your appointment on Photo Day, please contact me as soon as possible, and I'll do my best to move you to another available time. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund. Because only 40 appointments are available, cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are non-refundable.

This is a special Champions Karate Student Portrait Day offered exclusively for our dojo families. The goal is to create a fun, affordable way for every student to have a professional portrait while supporting a fellow karate family. Because this is a special one-day event with a streamlined setup, we're able to offer this experience at a significantly reduced price.

Yes! Each participant should reserve their own individual appointment to receive their personal portrait. If you'd like a sibling or family portrait, simply book appointments back-to-back and add a Group Portrait add-on to one of the reservations.

Each student will be photographed in one or two classic karate poses with guidance from Sensei and senior students to ensure proper form. Additional poses are available with the Pose Add-on.

Please arrive photo-ready in either your white or black karate gi with the belt your student currently wears. Students may also bring up to two awards, such as one trophy and one medal, or two trophies, to include in their portraits.

Please avoid bringing sparring gear, as it covers the face and uniform details we want to capture. Basic retouching is included for minor blemishes and small distractions like lint, but clothing wrinkles, missing uniform pieces, or major appearance changes cannot be corrected after the session.

There is a restroom available at the dojo, but to keep appointments running on time, we recommend arriving fully dressed and ready for your session. I'll have a few basic supplies on hand, such as a lint roller and comb, to help with any last-minute touch-ups.

Yes! During your child's session, you'll have the opportunity to view the portraits on-screen and let me know which images you prefer. Your input is always welcome and will be taken into consideration.

To ensure you receive the highest-quality portrait possible, Photogenic Fox will make the final image selection based on professional factors such as expression, sharpness, lighting, and overall image quality. This means if two images are nearly identical, the one with the strongest technical quality may be selected for your included 8×10 print.

If you'd like additional portraits, digital files, or prints from your child's session, they will also be available for purchase after Photo Day. Simply contact Photogenic Fox, and I'll create a private online gallery with secure ordering for your selected images.
